West Coast Valuers have an established residential property valuation department providing clients with any professional assistance they may need.
Formal valuations can be required at many stages before, during and after the ownership of a property. Prior to acquisition most purchasers and/or mortgagees will require at least a valuation of the property concerned to ensure that it is priced correctly and there are unlikely to be any unforeseen problems.
If the property is taken in the name of a trust or company it will need regular revaluations throughout the period of ownership. When it is later disposed of, another formal valuation might be required, especially if the transaction is not at arms length.
Services our highly qualified valuers provide include:
Pre-purchase or pre-sale advice,Negotiating a property settlement, Handling an estate matter (Probate Tax), Requiring valuation for Stamp Duty, Capital Gains Tax, Rent Review, Compulsory acquisition
